Open Events 2025
We have Open Mornings where you can visit school when it is in session, as well as our Open Evening. You are welcome to attend either or both.
We can only accommodate disabled visitors’ parking on our site for Open Events. Access on the Headlands is needed at all times for the Fire Service which is situated next to the school. It is also needed for residents.
Open Mornings: Monday 6, Tuesday 7 or Wednesday 8 October. 9.45am – 11.45am
You are welcome to attend with your child. We will begin with presentations* and you will then be able to see a normal school day in progress. You will visit Key Stage 3 lessons and tour our site with students. Pre-booking for an Open Morning visit is essential as places are limited.
**Click here to complete the booking form and secure a place.**
If you are coming by car, do not park lower down the Headlands than Glebe Avenue and walk to school. This will take approximately 5 minutes.
Open Evening: Thursday 9 October 2025, 5.30pm – 8.00pm (No booking required.)
We anticipate over 1000 visitors. To manage this, parking on the Headlands will be unavailable in the vicinity of the school: cones will be in place. Parking for Open Evening is located at the Cornmarket car park on London Road (Postcode NN15 7QA). A bus will then transport you to and from school. Both parking and buses are free. Buses will run every 20 minutes from 5.10pm.
*The Headteacher’s presentation on Open Mornings will be repeated on Open Evening. If you attend both events, you will not need to attend the presentation, leaving you more time to look around our school.
