As a previously designated Technology College, Bishop Stopford School has an impressive history in the technology subjects. Students in the Technology subjects have notable track records in Arkwright Scholarships, a range of competitions and progression to university.  

The Technology Faculty's vision is to develop students' learning with cutting edge resources and a twenty first century attitude to design, evaluation and the complexities of the virtual world.

Alongside practical skills in each subject, students learn the rigorous discipline required for effective creativity in the technology fields.

The Technology faculty plays a leading role in developing the school's STEM curriculum (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). STEM is vital to our future, the future of our country, the future of our region and the futures of our students.
