Our provision is in line with expectations of mainstream schools as detailed on the NCC local offer.
When considering admitting any student with SEND, discussions are always held with the student's family and the previous school during transition. If a student has an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) the Local Authority will be involved to ascertain the suitability or otherwise of the provision (not all needs can always be met through mainstream provision). School initially makes provision for a student with Special Educational Needs through a devolved budget.
