| MONDAY 20 JULY | |
| 1500 hrs | Assemble at LONDON HEATHROW AIRPORT, Terminal 3, for check-in to flight CX250 to PERTH via HONG KONG. |
| 1820 hrs | Flight departs (flying time 11 hrs 50 mins). |
| TUESDAY 21 JULY | |
| 1310 hrs | Arrive Hong Kong and remain in transit for 1 hr 50 mins before connecting with flight CX171. |
| 1500 hrs | Flight departs bound for PERTH (flying time 7 hrs 40 mins). |
| 2240 hrs | Arrival Perth Airport and clear Australian Immigration and Passport Control, collect your luggage and pass through Customs. |
| You will be met outside the airport by a coach for transfer to the Goodearth Hotel. | |
| Arrive at the Goodearth Hotel and check in, you will be based here for the first three nights on tour on a bed and breakfast basis. Staff will check in for six nights | |

| WEDNESDAY 22 JULY | |
| 0900 hrs | Breakfast. |
| You will have the opportunity to undertake some training in the morning. | |
| You might like to see the Swan Bells Tower. This building contains the 12 ancient bells from St Martin’s in the Fields in London, and as such is ‘one of the largest musical instruments in the world’ and has a fascinating display on the history of the bells. Stunning views of the city can be seen from the tower. | |
| Alternatively, you may like to undertake an excursion to Yanchep National Park (approximately 45 minutes from the city) where you can experience traditional Aboriginal culture, as well as cave tours, koalas and kangaroos. | |
| Another suggestion is a visit to the Aquarium of Western Australia (approximately 20 minutes north of the city) at Hillary’s Boat Harbour. Here you can ‘explore 12,000 kms of the coastline in a few hundred metres’. | |
| 1400 hrs | Meet back at your hotel, the whole group will transfer to Methodist Ladies College where the girls will take part in their first set of fixtures. The boys will have chance to watch the girls. |
| 1500 hrs | Arrive at Methodist Ladies College for the girls matches this afternoon. Please note that you will be playing Hockey on grass. |

| After the matches transfer back to your hotel for the evening. | |
| THURSDAY 23 JULY | |
| 0900 hrs | Breakfast. |
| This morning you will have the chance to continue to explore Perth. | |
| Return to your hotel where the boys will get their kit together. | |
| The whole group will transfer to Wesley College where the boys will have their first match on tour and the girls will have a chance to watch. | |

| After the games there may be chance to sample some local hospitality before transferring back to your hotel for the evening. | |
| FRIDAY 24 JULY | |
| 0900 hrs | Breakfast. |
| 1030 hrs | The boys and girls will check out of your hotel and store your luggage in reception. Staff are remaining at the Goodearth hotel for the next three nights. |

| Recommended is to visit Yesteryear in Fremantle, riding on one of their ancient trams or taking the free clipper bus service that tours the inner city regularly. | |
| The historical port of Fremantle is located at the mouth of the Swan River and is home to many attractions. International experts have tagged Fremantle the best-preserved 19th century seaport in the world, with over 150 buildings classified by the National Trust. There are museums, historic architecture, shops and restaurants. | |
| Most notable amongst these is the Western Australian Maritime Museum, located on the dock at Victoria Quay and housing Australia 2, the yacht which won Australia the America's Cup. There is also the Maritime Museum Shipwreck Galleries, with recovered artefacts and part of the hull of the shipwrecked Batavia, from hundreds of years ago. | |
| 1445 hrs | Arrive back at your hotel, pick up your luggage and board your coach. |
| The girls will transfer to SANTA MARIA and then the boys will transfer to HALE SCHOOL who will have organised billeting for the following three nights. | |

| 1515 hrs | The Girls will be dropped off at Santa Maria. The Hockey will be played on grass and the Netball on hard courts. |

| After the boys have gone home with their hosts Staff will transfer back to the Gopodearth hotel. | |

| There may be chance to train this morning whilst your host are playing their traditional fixtures. | |
| 1100 hrs | Transfer to Fremantle after training, picking up the girls on route. |
| 1300 hrs | Arrive Fremantle where you will be able to grab some lunch. (not included) |
| 1400 hrs | FREMANTAL DOCKERS V WEST COAST EAGLES (own arrangements for tickets) |
| 1530 hrs | Transfer back to back to your respective hosts schools. |
| Staff will be dropped at the Goodearth hotel. | |
| SUNDAY 26 JULY | |
| BOYS | |
| Staff will transfer to the school this morning using public transport. | |
| Arrive at school with your hosts in plenty of time for your matches. | |

| After the fixtures there will be some refreshments before going home with your hosts. | |

| 0730 hrs | Staff will check out of their hotel and transfer to the school to meet the tourists. |
| 0745 hrs | Come to school this morning with your hosts at the beginning of the academic day. |
| After bidding farewell to your hosts, you will be collected by coach and transferred to PERTH AIRPORT. | |
| 0815hrs | Check in to flight DJ556 |
| 1020 hrs | Flight departs bound for SYDNEY (flying time 4 hrs 10 mins). |
| 1630 hrs | Arrive Sydney Airport and you will be met by a representative from Gulliver’s Sports Travel Australia who will escort you to your coach. |
| 1700 hrs | Transfer you to The Menzies Sydney where you will be staying for four nights on a bed and breakfast basis. |
| 1730 hrs | Arrive at your hotel. |

| This morning you will enjoy JET BOATING in Sydney Harbour (included in price). | |
| Experience massive sideways slides (not unlike those of a rally car), unbelievable 270° spins and the infamous 'Power-brake Stop' in which the jet boat comes to a complete stop within two boat lengths! Weatherproof clothing is provided for passenger comfort. | |
| 0920 hrs | Depart the hotel and walk down to the Eastern Pontoon on circular key. |
| 0940 hrs | Arrive Eastern Pontoon on circular key 15 minutes prior to your ride. |

| Spend time this morning, exploring the Darling Harbour Complex, a former dockside area, which has been transformed into a major tourist site and leading convention and exhibition centre. | |
| A monorail service runs from the Central Business District to Darling Harbour and skirts the harbour making stops at different points. | |

| 1045 hrs | Arrive back at your hotel where you will get yourselves ready for your matches and board your coaches. |
| 1115 hrs | Transfer from the Menzies Hotel to Northolme Grammar School and prepare for your afternoon matches. |

| Transfer three hours North of Sydney to Nelson Bay where you will meet your hosts from Tomaree Education Centre. | |
| 1500 hrs | Arrive at TOMAREE HIGH SCHOOL where your hosts will have organised a three night billeted stay. |
| Once the students have dispersed with there billets the staff will be transferred to the Landmark Hotel where they will be accommodated on a bed and breakfast basis for the three nights. | |
