4ParentsByParents is a parents group which meets regularly in the school because we all need someone to talk to sometimes.………….
We are holding a Stress and Stress Management Evening on Tuesday 16 March. Please add this date to your diary and bring along any other parents that you might think would be interested. We all suffer from stress at times, parents and children alike, it is a normal part of life but it can be damaging too. Come along to our STRESS evening and go away feeling more RELAXED! Refreshments will be available.

www.thinkuknow.co.uk This site will tell you the latest information on the sites you like to visit, mobiles and new technology. Find out what’s good, what’s not and what you can do about it. If you look after young people there’s an area for you too – with resources you can use in the classroom, at home or just to get with it. Most importantly, there’s also a place which anyone can use to report if they feel uncomfortable or worried about someone they are chatting to online. www.myguide.gov.uk If you are unfamiliar with the internet and computers, then this is a good place to start. There are free online courses that take you through all of the basics.
