As one of the first specialist Technology Colleges - designated in 1993 - Bishop Stopford School continues to develop standards in technology subjects, in our own and in partner schools.

In 2007 the school gained High Performing Specialist School status as a Leadership Partner School.

In May 2009 an OFSTED survey inspection judged our development of leadership at Bishop Stopford School and in our partner schools to be outstanding.
